How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or checkout as a guest, enter your shipping information, and complete payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed. If you need to make changes after this period, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I exchange for a different size?

To exchange for a different size, initiate a return through your account and select "Exchange" instead of "Return." You'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your return, we'll ship the new size immediately. If the new size is out of stock, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days, while PayPal refunds are usually instant.
